HTHP CONE YARN DYEING MACHINE

1.Use:

It is suitable for the dyeing and pre-treatment of soft cone yarn of polyester and blended fibers under high temperature conditions; And it is also suitable for the dyeing and pre-treatment of soft cone yarn of cotton, linen, acrylic, wool and other fibers at atmospheric temperature.

After replacing different dyeing cages,it also can be used for dyeing and pre-treatment of various types of fibers such as hank yarn,loose fibers, nylon zippers, hook-and-loop fasteners and warp yarns. 

2.Features:

a. The dyeing tank and all parts in contact with the dyeing liquor are made of high-quality high-grade stainless steel.

b. The main pump motor controlled by frequency conversion.

c. When the liquid flow changes direction, the main pump does not stop, increasing the number of liquid flow cycles.

d. Adopt advanced computer controller displaying the temperature curve, step and output  at the same time. Fully automatic control of dosing, water intake, drainage, heating, constant temperature, low bath ratio (1:6-1:7) saves dyes, chemical additives, steam and water, and less sewage.

e. Open type dosing tank.

f. Integral heat exchanger, centrifugal pump and 180° flat plate reversing device, no external circulation pipeline, saving space by 20%.

g. Automatic pressure increasing and releasing device for main dyeing tank (air cushion type).

h. Circulating liquid flow condenser (full-filled type).

i. High-precision inductive differential pressure sensor controls liquid level (air cushion type).
